My dog uses this inside without any issues, and there’s no mess to clean up afterward. Reading between the lines, that’s really all I was hoping for, something simple that actually does the job.

Well... the box showed up in great shape, and the grass still looked fresh when I opened it. I also really appreciated that there wasn’t a mess everywhere.

I opened it up and found a moldy patch with little bugs inside too. such a waste of energy having to deal with this when I expected it to be fine.

They were late again, and my poor dog had to wait around. Kinda frustrating especialy when you’re trying to plan your day.

Fresh Patch definitely isn’t the cheapest option out there, but the price seems fair to me. It saves me a decent amount of time, and my dog took to it right away, so that kind of made it worth it. Shipping has been fine whenever I’ve ordered, too. Overall, I’d say it’s probably worth it if you want something convenient

Canceling my plan was straightforward, which I appreciated. I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but the process was simple and didn’t take much time. Overall, a good experience for something I usually don’t look forward to.

Fresh Patch has been such a helpful thing to have in my apartment. My dog picked up on it quickly, which was a relief because I was a little worried he’d be confused by it or treat it like some random piece of grass inside the house. But he figured it out fast, and now I don’t have to do the whole routine of grabbing shoes, keys, leash, and rushing downstairs every single time he needs to go. It’s especially nice late at night or when the weather is bad. It also stays surprisingly fresh for real grass, much better than those fake grass pads I’ve tried before, which always seemed to hold onto smells no matter how much I cleaned them.

I’ve been charged exactly what I expected every single time, which feels rare because it seems like most subscription services are always trying to sneak in some random fee. No weird charges, no double billing, nothing confusing. It’s been really easy to keep track of my plan, and I definitely appreciate not having to worry about billing surprises.

I was kind of in a hurry to get this fixed, and thankfully it did the job. Those little leaks on my floor finally stopped, which was a huge relief because I really didn’t have time to keep dealing with them...

Had a small issue with my Fresh Patch order, but customer service got back to me the same Day. They were nice about it and fixed everything without making it into a whole big Thing. It did take one extra email than I was hoping for, but overall the support was good.

I like it overall, but it still sheds some, even after a while. Not the huge deal for me, just something to know if you’re expecting it to stop completely.

The grass showed up looking super green and healthy, not dried out or patchy at all. My dog went right to it and used it immediately, which was a relief. There was maybe one little spot that looked slightly less full, but it wasn’t a big deal and the overall quality was really good. Happy with it.

It took a couple of days for my pup to really start using it regularly. I’m glad he eventually got the hang of it, but I do kind of regret not starting sooner because we still had a few accidents inside along the way

I was expecting something that felt more thoughtful and eco-conscious, but after using it once, it felt wasteful. It kind of stuck with me in a bad way, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again

I got this for my pup it was a solid buy. He took to it right away, and I could tell it was something he actually enjoyed. No regrets here, definitely worth it.
